The Manacor City Council invites you to participate in the SICTED program (Tourism Quality System in Destination), which aims to improve the destination and promote the Tourism Quality of the tourist services of the municipality of Manacor to improve the experience and satisfaction of tourists.
It is a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Manacor City Council and the Secretary of State for Tourism, with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and the Strategic Tourism Agency of the Balearic Islands. This improvement project continues to work with tourism companies/services of up to 37 different trades.
SICTED pursues a homogeneous level of quality in the services offered to tourists within the municipality, so that there are no substantial quality deficiencies between the different products that make up the offer at the destination, nor negative conditions on the perception and satisfaction of the tourists. tourists (hence 2 annual Quality Tables are made with the municipality’s government team to detect points of improvement).
Currently, 26 tourist services in Manacor (members of SICTED since 2014) enjoy this distinction, which is valid every two years, although it is conditional on an annual monitoring evaluation.
