S’Illot, so called for the rocky isle on its coast, presents the wide beach of Cala Moreia and the little cove of Cala Morlanda. The activities offered, especially water sports like diving, fishing, sailing and surfing, guarantee the enjoyment of spare time.

This locality is in the most north point of the manacorish coast, approximately 16 km of Manacor. It is a small settlement where we find some hotel establishments and also many summer residences.

In Cala Morlanda, small rocky cove at one end of the village, there are the rests of a square plant talayot. Also important is the prehistorical settlement (in the term of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar).

S’Illot was born as summer residence resort for manacorish inhabitants in the 30s. A bridge on the “riuet” or creek, the small wharf “mollet” placed in the end of the beach and an small island “illot” characterize the town of S’Illot.

The zone is formed by the beaches of Cala Moreia, the longest and sandy beach; the one of Cala Morlanda, rocky but with very transparent waters; and the Caló d’en Rafalino, small cove very famous among naturists.
